Who we are
PLO Mentor is a poker strategy training and equity-calculation tool. It works fully offline, we never upload your training data or photos to our servers, and we never sell any data. The only information the app itself sends relates to optional subscription purchases. Our website address is https://plomentor.com.
1. Data we collect
Nothing beyond optional purchase information described below. No account is required; the app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking of your training activity.
If you voluntarily enter an affiliate or promotional code in the app, PLO Mentor sends that code together with a pseudonymous Support ID and your platform (iOS/Android) to plomentor.com so the code can be validated and the referral attributed to the right partner. No name, email, payment details or training data is sent. If you never enter a code, the app sends nothing to plomentor.com.
2. Data stored on your device
The following is stored locally on your device only, so your work is preserved between sessions: hands you record (cards, positions and betting actions), photos you attach to hands, app settings and training progress, and session journal entries you enter manually (game type, stakes, buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs, chip-count updates, duration, notes, calculated profit or loss, and an optional bankroll balance with deposits and withdrawals).
The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to attach a photo. The app never uploads this data and it is not accessible to us. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your backup settings. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes the local data; deleting the device backup removes the backup copy too.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
If you buy a subscription, the transaction is processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your payment details. Entitlements are managed via RevenueCat, which receives a pseudonymous purchase identifier and purchase history or status—not your name, email or payment information.
RevenueCat processes this for app functionality, including unlocking Premium, and aggregate subscription analytics. It is retained only as long as needed, and you can request deletion using the contact below.
4. Children
PLO Mentor is intended for adults and is not directed at children. It teaches poker strategy; it does not offer real-money gambling or prizes.

Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only recipients are the services that make subscriptions work: Apple or Google (payment processing) and RevenueCat (subscription management), and — only if you enter an affiliate code — plomentor.com for code validation. Your training data, hands, photos and session journal never leave your device.
How long we retain your data
Data stored on your device stays there until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app—we cannot access or delete it for you. Purchase information handled by RevenueCat is retained only as long as needed to service your subscription and meet legal obligations; you can request its deletion at any time using the contact above.
What rights you have over your data
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Data stored on your device is under your direct control in the app. For purchase-related data, contact us and we will action the request and forward it to RevenueCat where needed. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Where your data is sent
Training data is not sent anywhere. Affiliate-code validation is handled on our own servers in the EU. Purchase-related data is processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, possibly on servers outside the EU/EEA (including the United States); such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
